Garmiyo me thanda sabhi ko pasand aata hai . Chahe wo market se lee hui cold drink ho ya nimboo paani ho ya sharbat ho (ghar par bna hua sharbat) ya phir koi bhi shake ho (banana shake , mango shake) Inke alawa bhi ek cheez hai jo sabhi ko bahut pasand aati hai . Jo peene me bahut hi swadist hoti hai or health ke liye bhi faydemand hoti hai . To aaj hum aapke liye esi hi ek khaas recipe lekar aaye hai .  Kuch logo ko garmiyon me fast ke din bahut problem rahti hai ki wo kya piye . kyunki nimboo paani kuch logo ko namak ke bina acha nhi lagta or fast me namak hum log nhi pee sakte . To ese me aap kachi lassi pee sakte ho . Jo aapki health ke liye bhi bahut faydemand hogi . Ise bnane me bahut hi kam time lagta hai or saath hi bahut hi kam ingredient bhi . kai baar hmara thanda peene ka mann hota hai lekin koi ingredient ghar par nhi hota . Agar nimboo paani peene ka mann ho to nimboo chahiyega , sharbat paani ke liye sharbat chahiyega , agar shake peena chahte hai to jis froot ka peena chahte hai wo froot ghar par hona . doodh - 1/2 glass
ice - jitna thanda aap chaho

Kachi lassi ko bnane ke liye sabse pahle aapko mix jar me thoda paani lena hai . usme sugar or doodh daalna hai . phir unhe mixi se mix karna hai . Jab sugar acche se mx ho jaye tab mixi band jkar deni hai . Ise ghulne me bahut kam time lagta hai . Iske baad isme ice daalni hai or thoda mesh karna hai . Ice ko phle kisi cheez se thodi tod lijiye . or phir mix jar me daaliye . Ice sugar mix karne ke baad me daalni hai . sugar thande paani me mix hone me time jyada leti hai . Ice mix karne ke baad aap jrurat ke hisaab se thoda paani daal ljiye (matlab ki kachi lassi aap kitni mitthi chahte hai us hisaab se ) . Ab aapki kachi lassi teyar hai . Ab aap thandi or swadist kachi lassi pee sakte hai .

Kis-kis ke sath khaye? Is vayanjan ko:- 

Kachi lassi ko hum thande ki tarah hi peete hai .

Kitne samay tak kharab nhi hoga? ye vayanjan:- 

kachi lassi ko bnate hi pee lena chahiye . waise to aap ise thode time ke liye freeze me rakh sakte hai . lekin kuch time ke baad iska paani or doodh alag hona start ho jate hai . aaisliye ye fresh hi acchi lagti hai .
