Garmiyon ke mousam me jab aap bahar se aate hai ya aapke bacche kahi se aate hai ghar ka koi bhi member bahar se aata hai to unhe thande ki jrurat hoti hai ya wo kuch thanda hi peena chahte hai . Tab aap sochte honge ki aap unke liye kya banaye . Ye jruri nhi hai ki cold drink at a time apne ghar me ho . Jab kaam se thake haare ho  phir chahe wo ghar ka kaam ho ya bahar ka . To dosto aaj hum aapke liye esi hi kuch khaas recipe lekar aaye hai jo aapko garmi se bhut rahat degi or peene me bhut hi swadist hogi . Jo market se laane se ghar par bnanae me jyada sasti bhi padegi . Jise aap puri garmi use kar sakte ho . To dosto aaj hum aapko btane wale hai ki ghar par sharbat kaise banaye ? Sharbat garmiyon me sabhi ko bhut pasand aata hai . Ye peene me bhut hi swadist hota hai . Ise ghar par bnane me bahut jyada samgry ki jruraat nhi padti .  lekin sabhi log jyadatar sharbat market se hi kharidte hai . Ise ghar par bnane ki koshish nhi karte . Ghar par bnaya hua sharbat health ke liye bhi acha hota hai . To aaj hum aapko btayenge ki ghar par sharbat kaise banaye ?

5/2 litre sharbat teyar karne ke liye(agar aap kam sharbat bnana chahte hai to ingredient kam kar lijiye)      

Kya-kya chahie ? ise banane ke liye:- 

Paani - 3/2 litre (dedh litre)
Sugar (chinni) - 2 litre
gulab jal - 100 gram
Sharbat color - jitna dark color aap dena chaho
kewda - 1/2 dhakan

Kaise banaye? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:- 

Sharbat bnane ke liye sabse pahle paani ko ek bartan me daal lijiye or usme chamche se sugar mix kar lijiye . Jab sugar aadhi mix ho jaye (matlab thodi mix hone wali rah jaye) tab use gas par chda lijiye , Use gas par tab tak rakhiye jab tak ki paani me chaar ubaal na aa jaye . Paani gas par chdane ke baad jab phla ubal aaye tab gas ko thoda kam kar dijiye phir ubaal aane ke baad wapis gas ko medium kar lijiye . Is tarah chaar ubaal aa jaye uske baad gas band kar dijiye . Or paani wale bartan ko gas se neeche utaar lijiye . Ab paani or sugar ko thanda hone ke liye rakh dijiye . lagbhag ise 3-4 ghante ke liye chod dijiye . Iske baad aapki chaasni gaadhi ho jayegi or saath hi thandi bhi . Ab aap 100 gram gulab jal me se aadhe se jyada us chaasni me daal lijiye or thoda bccha kar lijiye . gulaab jal ko chaasnii me ache se mix kar lijiye . Ab jo bccha hua gulab jal hai usme color daal lijiye jitna dark color aap bnana chaho utna or ache se dono ko mila lijiye . Gulab jal or color ko milane ke baad use chaasni me daal lijiye or acche se mix kar lijiye . Ab aapko aadha dhakan kewda us chaasni me mix karna hai . isse aapke sharbat ki khusboo bahut acchi ho jayegi . Ab aapka sharbat bankar teyar hai use kisi bottle me daalkar freeze me rakh lijiye . or jab bhi aap nimboo pani bnaye usme ise use kijiye bahut hi swadist nimboo paani bnega ya phir aap seedha sharbat paani bhi bna sakte hai .Ise aap puri garmi me use kar sakte hai .

Kis-kis ke sath khaye? Is vayanjan ko:- 

Sharbat ham hamesha waise hi peete hai ise kisi or ke saath peene ki jrurat nhi hoti . par waise aap iska use nimboo pani me kar sakte hai , simple sharbat ka paani bna sakte hai ya kacchi lassi me bhi use kar sakte hai .

Kitne samay tak kharab nhi hoga? ye vayanjan:- 

Ise aap puri garmiyo tak rakh sakt hai .

Kis tarike se rakhen? Ise kharab Hone se bachane ke liye:- 

Ise aap freeze me hi rakhiye .
