Kya-kya chahie ? ise banane ke liye:-

Ghee- 2 cup (jarurat ke hisaab se)
Atta(wheat flour) -  3 cup (chana hua)
Doodh(milk) -  ubla hua (jarurat ke hisaab se) ya 1/2 litre
sugar(chinni) - 3/2 cup (swadanusar)
nariyal - 1/2 cup (kisaa hua)
kaju - 5-6 (lmbai me cut kiye hue)
badam - 5-6 (lmbai me cut kiye hue)
Kismis - 8-10 (ache se dhokar use kare)
ilaychi powder - 4-5 ilaychi ka

Kaise banaye? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:-

Aate ka halwa bnane ke liye sabse pahle doodh ko ubaal le . Doodh aate ke teen gune se jyada ubaal le . Aap jarurat ke hisaab se use kam jyada kar sakte hai . Doodhko ubaalne ke baad kdahi ko ache se dho kar gas par chda le . Jab kdahi ka paani sukh jaye tab usme ghee daal de . Or ghee pighlne ke baad aata kdahi me daal de . Aata chnna hua hona chahiye . Ab krhchi/palte ki shayta se aate ko chlate rhe or ache se bhunn le . Jab aata ghee chodne lage ya aate ka color brown ho jaye or achi bhune hue ki khusbu aane lage tab Doodh daal de . Doodh kisi bartan ki shaayta se thoda thoda karke daale . Jab aapko lage ki halwe ki consistency achi hai tab Doodh daalna band kar de . Halwe ko jyada patla naa kare Halwa thoda gada hi acha lagta hai . Jab halwa me Doodh daalo tab thoda careful rahe usme Doodh uper uthta hai . Doodh daale tab saath ki saath halwe ko krhchi/palte se chlate rhe . Ab halve me chinni(sugar) daal le or ise thodi der chamche se milaa le . Ab halve me kissa hua nariyal , ilaychi powder , badam , kaju or kismis daal le . Inhe ache se mila le . Thode kaju badam aap garnish ke liye rakh lijiye . agar aap garnish karna chaho to garnish kiya hua halwa dikhne me bhi achaa lagta hai . Ab aapka aate ka halwa with milk bankar teyar hai aap ise khaane ke liye serve kar sakte hai . Bahut hi swadist halwa bankar teyar hua hai . Aate ka halwa milk ke saath or bina milk ke dono hi type se acha banta hai .
