Hello friends kaisebanaye.com me aap sabhi ka swagat hai . Halwa har sabhi ko bahut pasand hota hai chahe wo suji ka ho , aate ka ho , bread ka ho , suji toast ka  ho kisi bhi cheez ka ho . Halwa ka name sunte hi muh me paani aane lagta hai . To aaj ham aapke liye halwa me lekar aaye hai ek nayee or khaas recipe . Gajar ya carrot ka halwa bina doodh ka  kaise banaye  Jab bhi hmare ghar me guest aate tab hum moastly meethe me halwa hi bnate hai . Gajar ka halwa bina doodh ke bnne me jyada time bhi nhi leta . Gajar ka halwa ham log sardiyo me banate hai . Kyunki garmiyo me gajar jaldi se milti nhi hai . Gajar ka season hota hai tab ye bahut jyada milti hai or bahut cheap yani saste rate me mil jati hai . Gajar hmari health ke liye bhi bahut faydemand hoti hai . To chaliye hum aapko btate hai ki gajar ya carrot ka halwa bina doodh ke kaise banaye , Ise bnane ke liye kya kuch chahiyega or kitne logo ke liye bankar teyar hoga .

Kya-kya chahie ? ise banane ke liye:-

Ghee - 1 badi chammach (3/2 cup)
gajar - 1 killo (kadukas ki hui)
sugar(chinni) - 3/2 cup (swadanusar)
Ilaychi powder - 2-3 ilaychi ka
badam - 10-12 (cut kiye hue)
kaju - 10-12 (cut kiye hue)

Kaise banaye? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:-

Gajar ya carrot ka halwa bnane ke liye sabse pahle aapko gajar ko ache se dhokar kadukas me ghisna hai . gajar gahari lal color ki honi chahiye kyunki gahari lal color ki gajar jyada mithi hoti hai . Gajar jitni mithi hogi halwa utna hi tasty banega . Ab aapko kdhahi ache se dhokar gas par chdani hai . Jab kdahi ka paani sukh jaaye tab usme ghee dalna hai . Ghee garam hone ke baad kisi hui gajar kdhahi me daalni hai . Ab gajar ko karhchi se chlate rahe . Agar ghee aapko kam lage to aap thoda bahut uper se bhi daal sakte hai . Lekin baad me gajar ghee chod deti hai . Aap gajar ko karhchi se chlate rahe or medium aanch par use pakne de . Aapko lagbhag 15 - 20 minute tak gajar ko pkana hai ya phir jab tak ki gajar naram na ho jaye . Jab gajar bilkul naram ho jayegi tab aap usme sugar(chinni) mix kar de . Sugar (chinni) mix karne ke baad aap krhahi ko gas se utar le or usme dry froot (badam, kaju) se garnish kar de ya under mix kar le . Ab aapka gajar ka halwa bankar teyar hai aap garam garam gajar ke halwe ko khaane ke liye serve kijiye . Bahut hi tasty halwa bankar teyar ho gya hai .
