Or hmaare sareer ko thandak bhi milti hai . kuch log har roj ek jaisa raita khakar bore ho jate hai fir wo alag - alag type ka raita khana pasand karte hai jaise ki louki ka raita , kheere ka raita , simple pyaj ka raita , boondi ka raita . Aaj hum aapke liye lekar aaye hai ek nayee recipe jo hai baingan ka raita kaise banaye ya brinjal ka raita kaise banaye ya eggplant ka raita kaise banaye . Jaise ki aap sabhi jaante hai ki raita bnane me bhut aasan hai or jhatpat se ban jata hai. To ab ham aapko btane ja rahe hai ki ise bnane me kitna time lgega or kya kuch chahiyega ise bnane ke liye or ise kaise banaye .
Total time - 20 - 25 minute
5-6 logo ke liye

Kya-kya chahie ? ise banane ke liye:-

Dahi  -  2 badi katori ( fanta hua)
baingan - 3-4 (medium size)
ghee ya oil -  baingan ko talne ke liye 
Namak - 1/2 choti chammach (swadanusar)
Lal mirch powder - 1/4 choti chamach (swadanusar) ya (kali mirch powder - 1 pinch) 
Hari mirch - 2 ( barik kati hui )  
Hara dhaniya - 2-3 chamach (barik kta hua ) 

Tadka lgane ke liye kya chahiye :-

Ghee ya oil - 2 choti chammach
jeera - 1/2 choti chammach
haldi - 1/4 choti chamach (agar aap chaho to)

Kaise banaye? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:-

Baingan ya brinjal ya eggplant ka raita bnane ke liye sabse pahle hame dahi ko ache se fantna hai . 2 badi katori dahi simple lena hai uske baad use fantna hai . Dahi Fantne ke baad aapko krhahi gas par chdani hai or oil ya ghee garam karna hai saath hi baingan ya brinjal ya eggplant ko chote tukro me cut karna hai . Aap simple shape me cut kar sakte ho agar aap round ya gol shape dena chaho to wo bhi de sakte ho . Baingan ko pahle cut nhi karna hai jab aap unhe talna start kro tab saath saath cut karna hai . Pahle cut kiye hue baingan kaale ho jate hai . Oil ya ghee garam hone ke baad Baingan ko talna hai . Jab baingan halke brown ho jaye tab kisi jharni ki shayta se unhe krhahi se bahar nikal lena hai . Isi tarah se sabhi baingan ko talna hai or talne ke baad baingan ko dahi me daalna hai . Saath hi saath namak , hari mirch , lal mirch (agar aap chaho to) , hara dhaniya dahi me daal dena hai . Sabhi ingredient ko karhchi ki shayta se ache se dahi me mix karna hai .  

Tadka kaise lgaye :-   


Tadka lgane ke liye sabse pahle aap kisi choti kdhahi ko ache se dho karke gas par chda lijiye . Jab kdahi ka paani sukh jaye tab usme ghee ya oil (jisse aap tadka lgana chaho) kdhahi me daal lijiye . Jab ghee ya oil garam ho jaye tab usme jeera daalna hai  . Jeera halka brown hone par  Gas band kar dijiye or wo tadka  raite me lga lijiye . Ab aapka baingan ya brinjal ya eggplant ka raita bankar teyar hai ab aap ise khane ke saath serve kar sakte hai .
