Snacks time (chay ke saath) me sabhi ka mann kuch chatpta khane ka hota hai Ya phir barish ke mousam me sabhi ka mann kuch alag khane ka hota hai . Barish ke mousam me lagbhag log pakode bnakar khate hai . Lekin ye recipe bhi kuch aise hi hai  jise aap barish ke mousam me bhi pasand karoge . Barish ke mousam me bhukh bhi bahut jyada lgti hai . Sabhi chahte hai ki kuch aisa ho jo jhatpat se ban jaye . To aaj hum aapke liye kuch aise hi khaas recipe lekar aaye hai , Aloo besan chips . Waise to hum simple aloo chips bhi bnate hai  lekin aaj hum aapko btayenge ki besan aloo chips kaise banaye. Ise aap snacks time me bna sakte hai jo ki jatpat bankar teyar ho jati hai . Agar kabhi halki fulki bhukh ho to bhi hum ise bna sakte hai . Aloo chips aap fast me bhi kha sakte hai lekin aloo besan chips aap fast me nhi kha sakte . kyunki isme besan ka use hai .

Kya-kya chahie ? ise banane ke liye:- 

Aloo - 4-5 (medium size)
besan - 2 cup
Oil - talne ke liye (1 katori)
kali mirch powder - 2-3 pinch ( ya swadanusar kali mirch jyada use na kare ye nuksan karti hai ) / agar kali mirch na ho to lal mirch powder ka bhi use kar sakte hai .
kala namak - 1/2 choti chammach ya swadanusar (simple namak bhi use kar sakte hai )
Garam masala - 1/2 choti chammach 

Kaise banaye? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:-

Aloo besan chips bnane ke liye sabse pahle aapko Aloo ko acche se chilkar round shape me chaaku se bilkul patle cut karne hai (agar aapke paas slicer hai to aap usse hi slice cut kar sakte hai ) . Aloo ko chilne ke baad aapko usme besan milana hai or saath hi kaali mirch powder, kala namak or garam masala bhi aloo me daalne hai . Or iske baad unhe ache se mix karne hai . Thoda - thoda paani bhi usme thoda add karte jana hai or mix karna hai . Mishran ko jyada ptla nhi karna hai . Pura masala aloo par chipk jaye itna tite rakhna hai or mix karna hai . Jab pura masala aloo par chipak jaye tab use thodi der ke rakh dena hai . 10 - 15 minute tak hm use rakh denge . Ab hum chips ko talne ke liye tel gas par cheda lenge . Jab tel garam ho jaye tab Aloo ki slice tel me talne ke liye dalni hai (slice ko single - single karke tel me dalni hai or utni dalni hai jitni tel me tali ja sake). Jab slice hlki brown ho jaye tab unhe nikaal lena hai . Or isi tarah se sabhi slices ko tal lena  hai .          

Kis-kis ke sath khaye? Is vayanjan ko:- 

Aloo besan chips ko aap lal chuttny , sous ya phir chay ke saath kha sakte hai . Agar aap baarish ke mousam me ye bna kar kha rhe hai to ye chaay ke saath bhut tasty lagegi .

Kitne samay tak kharab nhi hoga? ye vayanjan:- 

Waise to chips ko hum kai dino tak rakhkar kha sakte hai . Lekin garmiyo ke mousam me besan jaldi khraab ho jata hai .

Kis tarike se rakhen? Ise kharab Hone se bachane ke liye:- 

Ise aap air container box me rakhiye .
