Garmiyo me Nimbu paani peena kise pasand nhi h . Har koi chahta hai ki jab thake haare ho ya garmi bahut jyada ho to kuch thanda piye . Agar garmi me koi guest bhi aata hai to use bhi hum log kuch thanda hi dene ki sochte hai . Thande me to bahut kuch aata hai lekin aaj hum baat karte hai nimbu sharbat ki jo ki peene me bahut hi swadist hota hai . Nimbu paani health ke liye bhi bahut faydemand hota hai . Kahte hai ki agar kisi ke pat me stone ho to use nimbu paani jarur peena chahiye . Nimbu paani se health me or bhi bahut fayde hote hai . Agar hum usi nimbu paani me thoda sharbat or daal de to uska tast bhi bahut acha hoga or fayda bhi . Lekin kuch log sochte hai ki nimbu sharbat ghar par banaye kaise . Nimbu paani to lagbhag sabhi logo ko pasand hota hai . Agar nimbu paani ki jagah nimbu  sharbat ho to iska swad or bhi badh jata hai . Nimbu - 3
sugar( chinni) -  1 cup
Namak - swadanusar
Ice - jitna thanda aap chaho
sharbat - 1/2 cup

Kaise banaye? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:- 

Nimbu sharbat bnane ke liye sabse pahle aapko sugar(chinni)  ko paani me mix karna hai . Sugar (Chinni) mix karne ke liye aapko simple paani lena hai . Paani thoda kam le itna ki chinni puri bheeg jaye or thoda uper ho . Agar aap freeze ka paani use karte hai to chinni ghulne me jyada time legi . Saath hi namak bhi daal lena hai . Namak or chinni ko mix jar se ya seedha ache se mix kar lijiye . Namak chinni ke saath milane se bhi chinni jaldi mix ho jati hai . Ache se mix karne ke baad aapko nimbu ka ras sugar (chinni) ke ghol me daalna hai . Ab is mishran ko dusre bartan me chaan lena hai . Or apni jarurat ke hisaab se ice mix kar leni hai or agar jarurat pade (agar paani jyada meetha ho to ) thoda paani or daal lena hai . Ab aapka nimb paani teyar hai . Isme ab aap sharbat daal lijiye or chammach ke shayta se ise ache se mix kar lijiye . Ab aapka nimbu sharbat teyar hai . Ab aap thanda nimbu sharbat pee sakte hai .  sharbat ko hum or bhi bahut type se bna sakte hai jaise ki dudh wala sharbat (kachi lassi sharbat ) , Simple sharbat . 

Kis-kis ke sath khaye? Is vayanjan ko:- 

Nimbu sharbat ko hum thande ki tarah hi peete hai .

Kitne samay tak kharab nhi hoga? ye vayanjan:- 

Nimbu sharbat ko bnate hi pee lena chahiye . waise to aap ise thode time ke liye freeze me rakh sakte hai . lekin kuch time ke baad iska paani or sharbat alag hona start ho jata hai . isliye ye fresh hi accha lagta hai .

Kis tarike se rakhen? Ise kharab Hone se bachane ke liye:- 

Ise hme freeze me rakhna chahiye thode time ke liye .
