Kuch logo ko malai pasand nhi hoti hai or wo log doodh ki malai ko waste karte hai . Waste karne se acha hai ki aap Us malai se makhan bna lijiye ya phir ghee bna lijiye jo ki ek dam pure hota hai .   Makhan har koi khana pasand karta hai . Lekin doodh ki kami ki wajah se hum log makhan nhi bna pate . kyunki pahle dodh se hame dahi bnana hota hai or phir dahi se makhan . Lekin ye jruri nhi hai ki sirf dahi se hi makhan bnta ho . Doodh to har kisi ke ghar me aata hai chahe kam ho ya jyada . To aap makhan bnane ke liye is doodh ki malai ko iktha kar lijiye .  Ghar ki malai se makhan bna lijiye . Ise bnana bahut hi aasan hai. Abhi hum aapko btayenge ki aapko kaise malai se makhan bnana hai .

Kya-kya chahie ? ise banane ke liye:-

Malai - jitni ikathi ki ho (ek baar me 2 chammach)
paani - ek cup (agar khane ke liye nhi bna rhe ho to)
                 or
lassi - ek cup (agar makhan khane ke liye bna rhe ho to )

Kaise banaye? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:- 

Agar aap khane ke liye makhan bnana chahte hai to 1-2 din ki ikathi ki hui malai le lijiye . Agar aap makhan ghar me paryog karne ke liye bna rhe ho to 7 din tak aap malai ko ikathi kar sakte hai . Ab jitni bhi malai hai usme se 2 chamach bharkar mixi jar me daal lijiye . Or usme ek cup paani daal lijiye . Paani daalne ke baad mixi ko thodi der ke liye chlaiye . lagbhag adha minute tak chlaiye . Iske baad aapka paani neeche rah jayega or makhan uper aa jayega . Paani daal kar bnaye hue makhan me khtapan nhi hota agar aap khttapan chahte hai to paani ki jagah lassi ya dahi use kar sakte hai . Isi tarah se aap puri malai ka makhan nikal lijiye . or ab aapka khane ke liye makhan teyar hai .
NOTE :-
 Agar aap garmiyo me makhan bna rahe hai to malai ko freeze me rakhiye or paani garam use kijiye . Agar aap sardiyo me bna rhe hai to garam paani ka use kijiye .
Agar aap mixi jar me ek baar me jyada malai lenge to aapka makhan nhi banega kyunki makhan niche chakar me phas jayega jis wajah se wo chal nhi payega .

Makhan se ghee bnane ki vidhi :-

Abhi agar aap is makhan ka ghee bnana chahte hai matlab ki ise pighlana chahte hai or ghar ke liye use karna chahte hai to jo makhan aapne bnaya hai use gas par chda lijiye or gas ko thoda dheema kar lijiye . jaise jaise ghee pighlna start hoga uske upper bubbles  uthne start honge . agar aapko lage ki wo bahar nikal rahe hai to chamach ya kisi bartan ki shayta se unhe uper se thoda nikal dijiye. waise to dheere dheere  bubbles apne aap khatam ho jate hai . Jab bubble khatam ho jaye tab jo ghee hoga use uper se chaan lijiye . Lekin neeche jo lassi hai ya jo white paani jais kuch hai use ghee ke under mat aane dena warna aapka ghee jaldi khraab ho jayega . Uper se ghee channe ke baad jo bcha hai use freeze me rakh dijiye . Usme se jo ghee hai wo uper jam jayega or baaki ka paani neche rah jayega . Jo uper ghee aayega use aap chamach ki shayta se utar lijiye or use garam kar lijiye . Ab isme se ghee ko chaan lijiye . Agar isme bhi white paani hai to use neeche hi chod dijiye . Is tarah se aapke makhan se ghee teyar ho jayega .    

Kis-kis ke sath khaye? Is vayanjan ko:- 

Aap makhan ko chpati ke saath bread ke saath jis bhi cheej ke saath aapko acha lage aap kha sakte hai 

Kitne samay tak kharab nhi hoga? 

Makhan ko aap lagbhag 4-5 din tak rakh sakte hai . agar usme lassi hai to wo jaldi khraab ho jayega .
