besan - ek ya dedh cup
oil - 1 bda chamach
jeera -  1/2 choti chamach
hing - 1 ya 2 pinch
lal mirch powder - 1/2 choti chamach
namak - 1 choti chamach
dhaniya powder - 2 choti chamach
haldi powder - 1/2 choti chamach
garam masala - 1/4 choti chamach
hari mirch - 2 barik kati hui
hara dhaniya - 1/2 cup (barik ta hua)

Kaise banaye? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:-

Besan wali gvar phali ki sabzi bnane ke liye sabse pahle aapko gawar phali ko ache dho kar sukha lena hai . Iske baad aapko gawar phali ki dono side se danthal kat kar dene hai or gawar phali ko kat krna hai . danthal hatate samay dhyan rakhe ki jo moti side hai gawar phali ki whaa se dhaga bhi nikalna hai . Agar aapke paas gawar phali patli hai to usme ye dhaga nhi hota hai . Jo moti gawar phali hoti hai unme ye dhaga hota hai . Jitne size ki aap gawar phali kat krna chaho utne size me kat kar lijiye . Kat karne ke baad aap gawar phali ko ubaal le . Gawar phali ko cooker me daale or saath hi itna paani daale ki saari gawar phali dip ho jaye . Ab cooker me ek city aane tak ise pkaa le . 1 city aane ke baad gas band kar de . Jab cooker ka pressure nikal jaye tab gawar phali ko bahar nikaal le . Gawar phali ko jyada der tak garam paani me na rhne de warna gawar phali bnate samay mesh ho jayegi . Aap gawar phali ko kat krne se pahle bhi ubaal sakte hai or baad me kat kar lijiye . Lekin hamne pahle kat ki hai or baad me gawar phali ko ubaala hai . Agar aap gawar phali ko cooker me nhi ubaal rhe , koi or bartan me ubaal rhe hai to gawar fali ko tab tk ubaale jab tak ki wo naram naa ho jaye . 

Gvar phali ubalne ke baad kdahi ko gas par chdaa lijiye or usme oil daal lijiye . Jab oil garam ho jaye tab usme jeera or hing daal de . jeera halka brown hone par haldi , dhaniya powder or besan daal le . Ab ise thodi der chamche se chlaate rhe . Jab besan ka halka sa color change ho jaye tab isme gawar phali daal de or saath hi hari mirch , laal mirch powder , namak daal de or inhe ache se mix kar le . 3-4 minute tak bhunne ke baad isme garam masala ya amchur powder or haa dhaniya daal le . Ab aapki besan ki gawar phali bankar teyar hai aap ise hare dhaniye se garnish kar le .Ab aap ise serve kar sakte hai swadist besan wali sabji bankar teyar hai .
