Daliya khana lagbhag sabhi log pasand karte hai . Ye health ke liye bahut faydemand hota hai . Hum log namkeen Daliya bnate hai , meetha daliya bhi bnate hai lekin aaj hum aapko btane ja rhe hai ki doodh wala meetha daliya kaise banaye . Ise bnana bahut aasan hai .  Daliya hmare purvaj jyada bnate the . Aaj ki geneation ko esi cheeje kam pasand hoti hai or wo log ghar par bahut kam bnate hai . Lekin daliya sehat ke liye bahut acha hota hai . Isliye kabhi kabhi daliya bhi khana chahiye . Jo simple daliya hota hai wo log kam pasand karte hai . Lekin aap doodh wala daliya bnaiye aapko bahut pasand aayega .Ab hum aapko btane ja rhe hai ki ise bnate kaise hai .

time - 20 -25 minute

Kya-kya chahie ? ise banane ke liye:-

Daliya - 2 cup
Paani - 5-6 cup
Doodh (milk) - 1 litre (jarurat ke hisab se)
Sugar (chinni) - 1 cup (swadanusar)
Dry froot - 1/2 cup (apni pasand ke hisab se)

Kaise banaye? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:- 

Daliya hum log do tarike se bna sakte hai phla tarika ye hai :-
Daliya bnane ke liye sabse pahle kisi bartan me jisme aap daliya bnana chahte hai usme paani daal lijiye or use gas par cheda dijiye . Jab paani garam ho jaye tab usme daliya daliye or kurchi ki sehayta se chlate rahiye . Esa aap lagbhag 5 minute tak kate rahiye . Ya phir jab tak ki daliye me daala hua paani pura khatam (matlab bilkul thoda bache) na ho jaye . Jab paani pura khatam (matlab bilkul thoda bache) ho jaye tab usme doodh (milk) daal lijiye . Milk garam ho ya thanda dono type se use kar sakte hai . Doodh (milk) daalne ke baad daliye ko kurchi se chlate rhe warna doodh niche tale me lag jayega or jal jayega . Ise aap 8-10 minute tak medium aanch par rakhe . Jab pura doodh ache se daliye me mil jaye tab aap ise utar le or saath me check kar le ki daliya ache se pak gya ya nhi . Daliya ache se pakne ke baad Isme chinni (sugar) daal le or ache se mix kar le . Ab daliya pak kar teyar hai ab isme garnish ke liye ya sjawat ke liye dry froot daal le . Ab aapka swadist daliya teyar hai aap ise serve kar sakte hai .      

Doosra tarika :-
Daliya bnane ke liye sabse pahle krhahi me ya jis bartan me aap daliya bnana chaho usme thoda ghee daal le lagbhag 2 chammach . Ghee halka garam hone ke baad isme daliya daal le . daliye ko thodi der (2-3 minute) tak bhoon lijiye jab daliya halka brown color ka ho jaye tab use ek alag bartan me nikal lijiye . Or kdahi ko gas par chda lijiye or usme paani daal lijiye . Paani garam hone ke baad isme bhoona hua daliya daal le or kurhchi se chlaate rahe . jab pani khatam hone lage tab usme doodh daal lijiye or kurhchi se chlate rahiye . Ise aap 8-10 minute tak medium aanch par rakhe . Jab pura doodh ache se daliye me mil jaye tab aap ise utar le or saath me check kar le ki daliya ache se pak gya ya nhi . Daliya ache se pakne ke baad Isme chinni (sugar) daal le or ache se mix kar le . Ab daliya pak kar teyar hai ab isme garnish ke liye ya sjawat ke liye dry froot daal le . Ab aapka swadist daliya teyar hai aap ise serve kar sakte hai . jaisa ki hamne btaya ye daliya bahut hi swadist hota hai or health ke liye bhi acha hota hai . Aap ise ek baar jarur bnaiye ye aapko bahut pasand aayega .

Kitne samay tak kharab nhi hoga?

Garmiyo me ye 1 din tak hi khana sahi rahega . Aap ise freeze me rakh dijiye thanda hone ke baad ye or bhi jyada tasty lagega sardiyo me aap ise 2 din tak kha sakte hai .
