Daliya bnane ke liye sabse pahle kisi bartan me jisme aap daliya bnana chahte hai usme paani daal lijiye or use gas par cheda dijiye . Jab paani garam ho jaye tab usme daliya daliye or kurchi ki sehayta se chlate rahiye . Esa aap lagbhag 5 minute tak kate rahiye . Ya phir jab tak ki daliye me daala hua paani pura khatam (matlab bilkul thoda bache) na ho jaye . Jab paani pura khatam (matlab bilkul thoda bache) ho jaye tab usme doodh (milk) daal lijiye . Milk garam ho ya thanda dono type se use kar sakte hai . Doodh (milk) daalne ke baad daliye ko kurchi se chlate rhe warna doodh niche tale me lag jayega or jal jayega . Ise aap 8-10 minute tak medium aanch par rakhe . Jab pura doodh ache se daliye me mil jaye tab aap ise utar le or saath me check kar le ki daliya ache se pak gya ya nhi . Daliya ache se pakne ke baad Isme chinni (sugar) daal le or ache se mix kar le . Ab daliya pak kar teyar hai ab isme garnish ke liye ya sjawat ke liye dry froot daal le .
