Arbi ki msaaledar sabji kaise banaye ham aapko pahle bta chuke hai or aaj ham aapko btane wale hai ki dahi wali arbi ki sabji kaise banaye . Dahi wali arbi ki sabji bahut jyada swadist hoti hai . Ham log dahi me or bhi sabjiya bna sakte hai jaise ki dahi wale aloo , dahi wali bhindi etc.   Dahi me bni hui sabjiya bahut hi tasty lagti hai or garmiyo ke mousam me to dahi waise bhi acha lagta hai . dahi wali arbi ki sabji ghar par kaise banaye ye ham aapko btate hai .

Kya-kya chahie ? ise banane ke liye:-


Arbi - 700 gram (ubali hui)
Oil (Tel) - 1 badi chamach (karhchi) ya jarurat ke hisaab se
Ajwain - 1/4 choti chamach ya jeera - 1/2 choti chamach
Pyaj - 3-4 (medium size ke)
Dahi - 2 cup (fanta hua)
garlic(adrak) paste - 1 chamach
hari mirch - 2 (barik kati hui)
Namak - 1/2 choti chamach (swadanusar)
Lal mirch powder - 1/2 choti chamach (swadanusar)
Haldi powder - 1 choti chamach
Dhaniya powder - 2 choti chamach
Garam masala - 1/2 choti chamach (swadanus`ar)
Hara dhaniya - 1 cup (barik kta hua)

Kaise banaye? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:-

Arbi ki dahi wali sabji bnane ke liye sabse pahle arbi ko ache se dho lijiye . Arbi ko ache se dhone ke baad aap cooker me arbi ubaal lijiye  . Arbi ko ubalne ke liye cooker me dhuli hui arbi daaliye or saath me paani daal le . Cooker me jha tak arbi hai usse thoda neeche tak paani daal le or cooker ko gas par chda lijiye . Ab cooker me 1 city aane tak use gas par rakhe . Jab ek city aa jaye tab gas band kar dijiye . Arbi ko tab tak cooker me rahne de jab tak ki puri gas bahar n nikal jaye . Jab cooker me se puri gas nikal jaye tab cooker me se arbi nikaal le .  Or thandi hone de . Cooker ki gas nikale hi arbi ko bahar nikaal le warna garam paani me arbi puri tarah se gal jayegi or jab aap sabji bnaoge tab wo puri mix ho jayegi . Jab tak arbi thandi ho rahi hai tab tak aap msaale ka saaman teyar kar lijiye . Pyaj or hari mirch ko kat kar lijiye . Agar aap pyaj chote kat krna chahe to chote kat kar lijiye or agar lmbai me krna chahe to lambai me kat kar sakte hai . Hari mirch bareek kat kar lijiye Or adrak ka paste teyar kar lijiye saath hi dahi ko bhi fant lijiye . 

Ab aap kdahi ko ya us pan ko gas par chda lijiye jisme aap sabji bnana chahte hai . Bartan me oil (tel) daal lijiye jab tel garam ho jaye tab usme ajwain daal de agar aap ajwain khana pasand nhi karte hai to usme jeera bhi daal sakte hai . Ajwain ya Jeera halka brown hone par usme pyaj or hari mirch daal lijiye . Ab aap sabji me adarak ka paste or msale daal lijiye . Haldi powder , lal mirch powder , dhaniya powder , namak . Inhe ache se mila lijiye thodi der bhunne ke baad aap isme arbi daal lijiye or ache se mix kar lijiye . Ab arbi me thoda paani daal lijiye lagbhag 1/2 ya 1 glass . Arbi ko 5 minute tak bhun le ya jab tak ki paani me ubaal na aa jaye . Paani me ubaal aane ke baad fanta hua dahi sabji me daal lijiye or sabji ko lgaatar karhchi se chlate rahe warna dahi fat jayega . Jab dahi me 1 - 2 ubaal aa jaye tab sabji me hara dhaniya or garam msala daal lijiye . Ab aapki dahi wali arbi bankar teyar hai . Ab aap ise serve kar sakte hai .
