Arbi ki sabji sabhi logo ko bahut pasand aati hai chahe wo arbi fry sabji recipe ho , ya dahi wali arbi ki sabji ho ya besan wali arbi ki sabji ho . Kuch logo ko arbi chilne me bahut problem hoti hai . kyunki arbi ko chilne se haatho me khujli hone lagti hai . Isliye log arbi kam khridte hai or kam hi bnate hai .

To ese me aap logo ko arbi ko ubaalkar bnana chahiye . Arbi ko ubaalkar bnaane se arbi ko chilte samay haatho me jyada khujli bhi nhi hoti ya bilkul khujli nhi hoti . Lekin kuch log arbi ko Ubaalne me jyada city lgwa dete hai jisse arbi jyada pak jati hai . Jab ham ise bnate hai tab puri arbi mix ho jati hai or jyada achi nhi ban pati . Arbi ko ubalna bahut hi aasan hai . Ham aapko arbi ubalne ka aasan sa tarika btayenge jisse aapki arbi bahut hi achi tarah se ubal jayegi or bahut hi swadist arbi bankar teyar hogi .
5-6 logo ke liye agar aap sabji bnana chahte hai to aapko kitna samaan lena hoga .

Kya-kya chahie ? ise ubalne ke liye:-

Arbi - 600 gram 
paani - 2 glass (jitni arbi cooker me hai usse thoda niche tak paani aana chahiye)

Kaise ubale? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:-

Arbi ko ubalne ke liye sabse pahle arbi ko ache se dho lijiye . Arbi ko ache se dhone ke baad aap cooker me arbi ubaal lijiye . Arbi ko ubalne ke liye cooker me dhuli hui arbi dal lijiye or saath me paani daal le . Cooker me jha tak arbi hai usse thoda neeche tak paani daal le or cooker ko gas par chda lijiye . Ab cooker me 1 city aane tak use gas par rakhe . Jab ek city aa jaye tab gas band kar dijiye . Arbi ko tab tak cooker me rahne de jab tak ki puri gas bahar n nikal jaye . Jab cooker me se puri gas nikal jaye tab cooker me se arbi nikaal le .  Or thandi hone de . Cooker ki gas puri nikalte hi arbi ko bahar nikaal le warna garam paani me arbi puri tarah se gal jayegi or jab aap sabji bnaoge tab wo puri mix ho jayegi . Arbi ko sabji bnanae se lagbhag 1/2 ya 1 ghanta phle ubaal kar rakh de . Taaki jab aap sabji bnaao tab tak arbi puri tarah se thandi ho jaye . Agar aap arbi ko ubalne ke baad use freeze me rakh de to jyada achaa hoga . Kyunki arbi ache se thandi ho jayegi . Sabji bnane me aapko problem nhi hogi . Kyunki arbi paki hui bhi hogi or tite bhi hogi . Jab ham arbi ko karhchi se chlayenge tab arbi mix nhi hogi or fry arbi ya msaledaar arbi ache se bankar teyar ho jayegi .
