Hello friends, kaisebanaye.com me aap sabhi ka swagat hai . Arbi ki msaledar sabji bahut hi achi banti hai ye lookwise bhi bahut achi dikhti hai or khaane me bhi bahut tasty hoti hai . Jab bhi hmaare ghar par koi guest aaye tab aap ise bna sakte hai . Kyunki ye fry arbi sabji bahut hi achi banti hai . Arbi ko aap dahi me or besan me bhi bna sakte hai . lekin aaj ham aapko btayenge ki fry arbi ki sabji kaise banaye . Arbi ki sabji kuch log kam bnane ki sochte hai . Kuch logo ko iska tast feeka sa lagta hai or saath hi jab ise chilte hai tab haatho me khujli hone lagti hai . Lekin aaj ham aapko jo recipe btaane jaa rhe hai usme naa to iska tast feeka lagega or naa hi ise cheelne me jyada problem hogi . Agar aapko kisi bhi sabji ka tast feeka lage to aap usme thoda nimbu daal lijiye isse sabji ka ya koi bhi khaane ki cheez ka tast acha ho jata hai . Yaa phir agar aap namak jyada pasand kare to namak thoda sa jyada rakh sakte hai . To abhi ham aapko btaane ja rhe hai ki arbi ki msaledar swadist sabji kaise banaye .

Kya-kya chahie ? ise banane ke liye:-

Arbi - 700 gram
Oil (Tel) - 1 badi chamach (karhchi) ya jarurat ke hisaab se
jeera - 1/2 choti chamach
heeng - 1 -2 pinch
Bhuna hua jeera - 1/2 choti chamach
nimbu ka ras - 1 ya 2 nimbu ka (swadanusar)  
Pyaj - 3-4 (medium size ke)
hari mirch - 2 (barik kati hui)
Namak - 1/2 choti chamach (swadanusar)
Lal mirch powder - 1/2 choti chamach (swadanusar)
Haldi powder - 1 choti chamach
Dhaniya powder - 2 choti chamach
Garam masala - 1/2 choti chamach (swadanus`ar)
Hara dhaniya - 1 cup (barik kta hua)

Kaise banaye? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:-

Arbi ki swadist sabji bnane ke liye sabse pahle arbi ko ache se dho lijiye . Arbi ko ache se dhone ke baad aap cooker me arbi ubaal lijiye  . Arbi ko ubalne ke liye cooker me dhuli hui arbi daaliye or saath me paani daal le . Cooker me jha tak arbi hai usse thoda neeche tak paani daal le or cooker ko gas par chda lijiye . Ab cooker me 1 city aane tak use gas par rakhe . Jab ek city aa jaye tab gas band kar dijiye . Arbi ko tab tak cooker me rahne de jab tak ki puri gas bahar n nikal jaye . Jab cooker me se puri gas nikal jaye tab cooker me se arbi nikaal le .  Or thandi hone de . Cooker ki gas nikale hi arbi ko bahar nikaal le warna garam paani me arbi puri tarah se gal jayegi or jab aap sabji bnaoge tab wo puri mix ho jayegi . Jab tak arbi thandi ho rahi hai tab tak aap msaale ka saaman teyar kar lijiye . Pyaj or hari mirch ko kat kar lijiye . Agar aap pyaj chote kat krna chahe to chote kat kar lijiye or agar lmbai me krna chahe to lambai me kat kar sakte hai . Hari mirch bareek kat kar lijiye .

Ab aap kdahi ko ya us pan ko gas par chda lijiye jisme aap sabji bnana chahte hai . Bartan me oil (tel) daal lijiye jab tel garam ho jaye tab usme heeng or jeera daal dijiye . Jeera halka brown hone par usme pyaj or hari mirch daal lijiye . Pyaj or hari mirch ko thodi der bhunne ke baad kdahi me arbi daal dijiye . arbi ko 4-5 baar karhchi chlane ke baad usme namak , lal mirch powder , haldi powder , dhaniya powder daal dijiye . Or inhe ache se mix kar lijiye . Arbi ko 5 minute tak bhunne ke baad isme nimbu or garam masala daal lijiye . Inhe ache se mix kar lijiye or ab sabji ko gas se utar lijiye . Ab aapki  msaledaar arbi ki sabji bankar teyar hai . Aap ise kisi bartan me nikaal lijiye or uper thoda bhuna hua jeera daal lijiye saath hi hare dhaniye se iski garnish kar lijiye .  Bahut hi achi arbi ki sabji bankar teyar hui hai .  Garama - garam arbi ki sabji serve kijiye or khaaiye .
