Hello friends , kaisebanaye.com me aap sabhi ka swagat hai . Aaj hum aapke liye phir se lekar aaye hai garmiyo ki sabki manpasand recipe jo hai raita recipe . Garmiyo me raita bahut jyada pasand kiya jata hai . Ham kheere ka raita , boondi ka raita , simple pyaj wala raita recipe bta chuke hai or aaj ham aapko btane jaa rhe hai ki louki ya doodhi ka raita kaise banaye . Raita recipe bnane me bahut aasan hoti hai or jhatpat se ban jata hai . Khaane ke saath raita bahut acha lagta hai . To ab ham aapko btane jaa rhe hai ki isko bnne me kitna time lagta hai , kya kuch chahiyega ise bnane ke liye , kaise bnana hai puri jankari hindi me .

Kya-kya chahie ? ise banane ke liye:-

louki ya doodhi  - 1 (ubali hui)
dahi - 3 badi katori (fanta hua)
hari mirch - 2 (bareek kati hui)
namak - 1/2 choti chamach
lal mirch powder - 1/4 choti chamach
Hara Dhaniya - 1 cup (bareek kta hua)

Tadka lgane ke liye kya chahiye :-

Ghee ya oil - 2 choti chammach
jeera - 1/2 choti chammach
haldi - 1/4 choti chamach (agar aap chaho to)

Kaise banaye? Puri jankari Urdu and Hindi me:-  

Louki ya doodhi ka Raita bnane ke liye sabse pahle louki ko ubalna hai or dahi ko ache se fantna hai . Iske baad louki ya doodhi ko cheel kar use chote tukro me cut karna hai  . Cut karne ke baad kisi bartan me pani daalkar ise pkana hai . Paani itna daale ki cut ki hui louki tak pahunche . Agar aap cooker me pka rhe hai to 2-3 city lgwa le or agar aap khule bartan me ubaal rhe hai to lagbhag 10 minute tak paani me ubaal le . Ab aap ubali hui louki ko mixure se ya ginder se grind kar le . Ache se grind karne ke baad ise kisi khule bartan me nikaal le . Ab isme fanta hua dahi , hari mirch , hara dhaniya , namak , lal mirch powder (agar aap chahe to) daal le . or sabhi ingredient ko ache se mix kar le . Ab hame isme tadka lgana hai . Tadka lgane ke liye kisi choti kdahi ya koi chote bartan me ghee ya oil daal le . Jab wo garam ho jaye tab usme jeera daal le . Jeera halka brown hone de . Ab ye tadka dahi ke pure mishran me lga le . Ab aapka louki ya doodhi ka raita bankar teyar hai . Ab aap ise khaane ke saath serve kar sakte hai .
